What if I am unsatisfied with the quality of the product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for refund, exchange or replacement (if damaged from shipping) within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The receipt must accompany all returns. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange, refund or replacement. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card your refund will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by check or money order your refund will be in the form of a check from Girlfriends Greeting Cards.

What if I receive the wrong product?
What if my shipment doesn't arrive?

It is very rare that you will receive the wrong product as we double check all orders before we ship them. If we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will pay postage cost both ways, and we will ship you the correct product.

When will my card arrive?

In the U.S., your card will arrive 7 to 14 days from the date of payment. If you pay using your Credit Card, payment is immediate. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow time for your check to be received through the mail.

Purchasing Questions

How do you handle refunds?

If you paid for your order with a credit card your refund will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by check or money order your refund will be in the form of a check from Girlfriends Greeting Cards.

How does PayPal work?

Click on the 'Add to Cart' button next to each item you wish to purchase. The 'Add to Cart' button will launch a mini-browser hosted by PayPal. This page displays the contents of your shopping cart including: each item's name, number, quantity, and price. It will also handle the shipping, handling and total.

From this mini-browser, you can change the quantity of an item, delete an item from the cart, continue shopping, or check out.

If you click on 'Continue Shopping', or close the Shopping Cart window, you will be taken back to our site. You can return to your cart by clicking the View Shopping Cart button at the top right of each page, or clicking on 'Add to Cart' to purchase another item.

If you click on 'Check Out' in the browser window, you will be taken to the PayPal payment screens. Upon completion of payment, the funds are instantly credited to our account, and your order is put in our Process Queue.

What if I don't want to use a credit card?
Or I am uncomfortable shopping over the Internet?

By MAIL: You can mail us (see address below) your personal check or money order with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. List the "Girlfriend Greeting Card(s)" you wish to purchase, and the total price plus shipping cost.

By PHONE: Call 1-203-910-1468. You can place your order 24 hours a day, Monday - Friday. Please leave your name, address, phone number and mailing address. List the "Girlfriend Greeting Card(s)" you wish to purchase, and the total price plus shipping cost. Mail us your check. You will receive your shipment 7-14 days after payment.

What if I am placing an overseas order?

For non U.S. orders, call or email us with your order, and we will reply to you with a total including shipping. Be sure to include your email address or phone number.

What if I want to resell Girlfriends Greeting Cards?

If you are a reseller or are interested in volume orders, then you may want to purchase these items at a reduced price so that you can then resell them. You may also be interested in ordering in volume, Email or Phone us and including some details of your enterprise and which items you are interested in purchasing. We will be happy to provide you with more information.

What if I want to order in Bulk?

ALL Orders Over $50.00 receive FREE SHIPPING.
For other arrangements such as reselling, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Are these real greeting cards? Or e-cards?

These are real 5x7 greeting cards and printed on real paper on a real printing press. These are not e-cards. Girlfriends Greeting Cards are tangible, greeting cards. For retail sales email: sales@girlfriends-greeting-cards.com

Who designs your cards?

We do. They are all designed based on our concepts for greeting cards.

Do you accept submissions from other artists?
Can I submit an idea for a card?

Not at this time.

Will you link to me?

Send us an e-mail if you want us to link to YOU. Please only submit Web sites with relevancy to our specific market (i.e., Greeting cards & Girlfriends). Girlfriends Greeting Cards reserves the right to refuse a request for any reason.

What about a link exchange?

We don't do link exchanges. We appreciate the link, but don't link to people just because they've linked to us. If you want us to link to you, please refer to the above question.

Can I link to your site from mine?

Certainly. And you'll be in good company.
